As a TrinityMusicFest "Acoustic Café" performer, I agree that I will hold Trinity Communications, TrinityMusicFest and any staff or volunteers, harmless from any loss and all liability, damage, expenses, cause of action, suits, claims, or judgments arising from injury to persons or property within and on the site of TinCaps Parkview Field. I hereby accept these policies and assume full responsibility.
